About Bioferment Technologies
Rewriting the Story of How Humanity
Interacts With Nature
At Bioferment Technologies Inc., we are not merely innovating — we are moving beyond the “Toxic Chemical Age” into a future where the most powerful solutions are also the safest. We call today's reality the Universal Chemical Toxicity Crisis — a global threat we are determined to end.
Our Mission
To create revolutionary, toxic-chemical-free formulations that not only match but outperform conventional products, while restoring balance to our planet's ecosystems.
Backed by rigorous scientific validation — including research partnerships with the University of Florida's renowned Phycology and Plant Pathology teams — our biofermented solutions prove that safety and efficacy are no longer opposing forces, but allies.
Leadership
Our Founders

Shaun Hunte
Co-Founder & CEO
Driving the commercial strategy and market deployment of Bioferment's four-product platform across agriculture, water treatment, and consumer markets.

Mark Queenan
Co-Founder & Scientific Inventor
20+ years of fermentation science. Architect of the breakthrough biofermentation process that solved the "impossible chemistry" problem and created the world's first stable food-grade platform.
Board & Advisors
The People Behind the Platform
Goldman Sachs. Morgan Stanley. Glencore. Mayo Clinic. The WELL Building Standard. Our board didn't join because they needed another company — they joined because they recognized the shift before everyone else.

Paul Scialla
Board Member & Advisor
Former Goldman Sachs Partner. Founder of Delos and creator of the WELL Building Standard — the world's largest certification platform for healthy buildings, operating across 130 countries and five billion square feet. Co-founded the Well Living Lab with the Mayo Clinic — the first laboratory dedicated to studying how indoor environments affect human health. Paul's life's work is built on a single conviction: the indoor environment is a health intervention.

Craig Martone
Board Member & Advisor
Four decades at the center of global financial markets — over thirty years at Morgan Stanley across institutional sales and trading in US Treasuries, interest rate derivatives, and global macro distribution, with senior roles at Merrill Lynch and HSBC. Currently Financial Advisor at UBS and Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association. His instinct for timing, signal over noise, and knowing when a thesis is real is what he brings to Bioferment.

E. Blaine McClure
Board Member & Advisor
Founder and CEO of Restoration + Recovery — the company that became AQUALIS, now the nation's leading stormwater management firm. Managed timber operations in the Amazon basin and led construction ventures across the Southeast. He brings the perspective of someone who built an environmental infrastructure company from the ground up, took on private equity, and left the industry fundamentally changed.

Ray Bartoszek
Board Member & Advisor
Former oil trader at Texaco and Managing Director at Glencore, one of the largest commodity trading firms on the planet. Founded RLB Holdings with a double-bottom line: returns that are financially sound and genuinely good for the world. RLB has backed companies in biotech, sustainability, and emerging technology. Ray brings 20 years of pattern recognition watching entire industries get reshaped by what flows through them.
Vision & Impact
A World Where Chemical Toxicity
Is a Relic of the Past
Our technology can feed more people, revive damaged ecosystems, and protect life in all its forms. By 2034, post-chemical technologies like ours could deliver transformative impact across every measure.

Why We Exist
